Scene kids
You kid yourself into justifying cross dressing faux pas to achieve the ultimate skinny leg jeans. You complain about the texture of your broken dyed hair, what happened to nature? To natural beauty?
You. You and your faggot friends infect areas of normal people into stupid little posses that hate each other - starting with a warfar of grey baggy bottoms versus tight skinny primark jeans.
Originality cannot be achieved if you base yourself on fake prisms of perfection.
You swill your mouths with the alcohol of the proletariat - straight cutting and cheap. You fill your mouths with bits of shrapnell, one more thing to rip out. One more reminder of the mutilation of your body. Glaring chunks of red green and blue sitting unevenly in the mop like head that possesses half of a powdered White face.
You think I'm a backstabber, I'm not.
The real knives are in every mutilation of your face, with every new piercing the insults add up until you topple under the pressure if it all.

So it appears,
i have to ask though - why does everyone have to tour in october?
Because of sixthform , i am limited to an amount i can go to.
The first gig of my month of fun , is BBYCKS 2K9. (03.10.09)
I am generally really excited about purely because two of my favourite acts are playing at it. MYTOYBOX and Henry Homesweet never play around birmingham and here they are!
I am a bit worried incase they aren't as good live , by they i mean Henry Homesweet.
MYTOYBOX live videos look and sound immense , roops.
The next gig will be the lovely Enter Shikari (13.10.09), it will be my first time seeing them live and it SHOULD be good.
I've heard rumours about the front man losing his scream , but i will have to wait and see.
After this , will be the br00tal Bring Me The Horizon.
I actually cannot wait for this , the pits will be heavy man. The support for these are the amazing A Day To Remember , this gig is gonna' be sent from heaven!
Next for my busy month will be Greenday.
I will be more excited to listen to the old stuff than the newer tracks , i'm not feeling them to be honest!
And it is always good to see Billy joel.
That's all of my gigs for october, and i will write up dawg'.
Oh and passion pit on first of november ;D

My Toy Box

My Toy Box is an electro pop badmanz that sounds like the british baby of Calvin Harris , Metro Station and 3OH!3.
The frontman Matt , 18 , is a one man machine with him programming and singing on all of his tracks. His programming is hotter than a fiesta in mexico , with his skills making a sickly sweet voice which any " top 40" lover would adore.
He currently has his single SHH on itunes , which is pretty damn good for a brighton boy.
His innovative and lovingly repetitive lyrics in " Shake It Off" are suprisingly catchy and would blow the " UK's number 1" out of your sight and out of your mind.
His music is for the digital generation , and my top three for him would be :
1. Shake It Off
2. Shh
3.This summer

Henry Homesweet - Until I Sleep

I am usually oblivious to chiptune , but Henry Homesweet intrigued me. Like a few before him ( casio kid etc) , he changed his chiptune for the better by adding vocals.
yes , they may be at the end of the song but they make the song flow in a trance like manner.
Until I Sleep has a rave like feel to it but still keeps the foundations of chiptune intact ; you need to be on acid to like it.
The lyrics at the end are deeply programmed , probably to hide the fact that Henry's balls haven't dropped. Or maybe he does sound like james bond in real life?
By keeping vocals at the end it satisfies both chiptune lovers and chiptune haters. It makes the song listenable to by lovers of clubland or Hardcore Till I Die.
Top 3 for Henry Homesweet.
1. Until I Sleep
2. Pocket Monster
3. Lullabye

Awaiting Onset
Some of their older stuff reflect their more obvious influence of Bring Me The Horizon but "I can't see the skyline" and the new song " You're Forcing Our End" take a more dominant enter shikari rave feel.
These guys are from wolverhampton and all the lovely age of 16/17 , so the future shows promise for these boys. They are playing the robin 2 in august so check them out , because their new stuff should sound immense. Finally wolverhampton gets some good music to throw around!
Let's get these boys far, check out the myspace http://www.myspace.com/awaitingonset

Teenagers living the skins life
The drugs, the promiscious sex; the slaggy lifestyle. it isnt cool. it's twatish.
Why do people strive to cause so much drama in their lives byt proclaiming the wrong things they have done , and then regret it afterwards? Why do they ignore warnings from family and friends for the safety of their own mentality?
why should they get involved with things that could not only endanger their future but also the innocent bystander's?
The average teenager thinks they are in love atleast twice between the age of 13-19 but i'm sorry , i don't think a teenager's mind can process what love is. Love and lust are easy to confuse , and mistakes like this can put other people's life on hold.
So when you mix this in with stress from exams, you tend to get a few arguments. But hey! arguments happen in skins right? yeah , that's resolved by one person writing it better. In real life that doesn't happen. You have to live with the things you say to people. You can't expect the counsillors at school to get the magic wand out of their arse and make it better.
So how do teenagers deal with this stress? Cry? Self harm? Take drugs or anything that may make their extreme depression lift for about 5 min?
Well , it seems that overdose is the best one on tv isn't it? You had cassie from skins, she turned out alright didn't she? Lies , in real life she would have had to deal with what she had done. People should learn to deal with their own mistakes or at least try to prevent them. You can't blame it on other people.
What is this alpha ego that those asbo youths of today crave? Control over their posse , feeling like the king of the castle... the queen bee. If your being compared to effy from skins , then don't be flattered. Be disgusted , your being called a meglomaniac whore , someone who has to have control over their friends because they have no control over their life. Secretly , most meglomaniac's tend to be the sort who tell lies to get what they want , and are generally selfish and inconsiderate.
i'm a teenager myself , and i really don't wanna be all that. But you have no choice do you?

BAND LOVE :D
Also , because im terrible at this sort of thing i always find old music or bands. So im pretty much behind on music which isn't good at all. Or i tend up writing about stuff that is already on tv , i wanna be a beacon of new tunes haha.
so , i will try my hardest eh?
Know Your Enemy - Greenday
I can't exactly describe what i dislike about it. It's the fact that it's too repititive , cheesy and isn't quite as good as their previous stuff.
"So gimme gimme revolution
Do you know the enemy?
Do you know your enemy?
Well, gotta know the enemy
Do you know the enemy?
Do you know your enemy?
Well, gotta know the enemy"
The lyrics aren't all that cop either to be honest, and generally i just hope the new album is a lot better than this. This is nothing to the likes of Basket Case, American idiot and Jesus of Surburbia.
On a nicer note , it should be good seeing them in october!

Mind games of a love minefield
I wanna be your eyes ,
Oh those eyes that I saw.
A Beautifully blue elixir ;
Irresistible to watch in
Awe.
They dart nervously
From scene to scene.
Focus , dear.
Read my ever open eyes.
An insight of your dominance on my
Cold heart.
You leave a mark ,
A pinprick of heat on this
Icy organ. The searing pain ,
A relived moment from previous bringing of
Emotion.
Never again , she had said.
So many times , before.
The expectation of this
Heat to thaw out the
Cold beating rock in her chest.
A distant glimpse ,
As the ice melts,
Her lips move.
Her voice breaks.
The silence is over.
Let the games begin.

You Me At Six - Finders Keepers
My first impression of Finders Keepers , was that it was too groomed and it was the beginning of the sell out for YMA6 because it was too perfect. It was MADE for the radio , as the chorus was annoyingly catchy and the rift was too likeable.
Once i got past these first disarming thoughts and had listened to this a few more times, i found the beauty of the new song. I am really proud to hear YMA6 progress so well , they were amazing the first time and last time i saw them , and this progression showed in the likeability of the song.
The lyrics are pretty much about the favourite subject for josh franceschi , girls. He worrying about a girl who never learns from her mistakes and warning a friend about her.The lyric's which drew my attention the best were :
I wanna be your eyes; that you can’t see, what you’ve done
I wanna be your ears; that you can’t hear, everything that’s been missing.
andd:
Oh learn from your mistakes
Especially ones you’ve made
(I bet you’re sorry)
Once again , the yma6 boys draw in more fans , these guys are on the way to total domination via screaming teenage fans and vast airplay.
Good luck ;D

New Artist - Story For The Stars
His voice , gives out so much emotion ; changes in pitch make his music sound beautiful , anybody could listen to this and nod along happily. He is just an average person singing about life , and it fills you up inside with happiness.
“ when you look at me what do you see? . . . . My body’s shaking when I’m talking to you” – Dear Dad.
"When I get things wrong, she calls it romance Like when I’m singing songs, and I attempt to dance" - Hazel Eyes
His music is beautifully pure , and if he carries on he will develop into an amazing artist. Shaun is lyrically and musically talented , and I would seriously recommend visiting his myspace :

You Me At Six with Emarosa and The Spill Canvas.
I had highly anticipated this last tour of the debut album , Take Off Your Colours , i was expecting pure excellence and that is what this was. pure excellence. This was the biggest , and more than likely BEST show of their tour.
The choice of supports were not that suprising , yet they were unheard of to me. i prefered the harsh tones of Emarosa to the whiney irritating voice of The Spill Canvas. Also , emarosa had an immensely funny keyboardist who kept looking like he was having a parapalegic seizure. Probably A BIT excited. The Spill Canvas were annoying , their music reminds me of the term " slicin and dicin ;D" Baisically , they just moan about life. which normally appeals to me , but the lead had a beard so i was immediatley put off and i became the irritating heckler shouting " SHAVE YER FACE YER HOBO". As a result of this , i was contemplating why the hell TSC got a bigger time slot than Emarosa , because they are obviously better.
The crowd were hyped up to the max , and a few of my ribs may actually be embossed into my lungs as a result. The entrance the boys made was both dramatic yet funny. My eyes were instantly drawn to the newly 19 max helyer and of course , Josh Franceschi. The set was opened with the stomach trembling Jealous Minds Think Alike , with the crowd going crazy and the surfers reaching the tips of the stage momentarily. The pits were large and vicious , with massive circle's resulting in fainting , bleeding and sweating. The songs that followed were so in sync it was like you were listening to them digitally. It seemed that Chris Miller ( Guitar) had grown his hair a lot.It was almost like the dude with dreadlocks next to me. It was horrible , like jumping up against a carpet. proper chaffed. The rest of the songs were followed by sing-a-longs and screams when a favourite came on. They did a rather interesting cover of Fall Out Boy's " Sugar We're Going Down" which got the massively over selled crowd pumping. They ended this amazing show with " The Rumour" , this of course being a classic song to me. Probably because the first time i heard it live they incorperated the end of umberella by rhianna into it. Unfortunatley , this was not repeated at this show .To my dismay also , This Turbulence Is Beautiful and Noises were not played. These are good as well , as they are a taster of the younger and more adventurous you me at six.
I came out of that gig looking like crap in a stylish yma6 tee , but hey! they were immense live. And i so can't wait until the next album comes out to be honest , should be tastier than the maccies i had. The preview of the new b-side to the re-release of SIFTB , Sweet Feet , is so good i was actually singing my little heart out.
i wanna see the rest of their tour now!

Single of the week 04/03/09
Bittersweet – Jet Lag Gemini
Jet Lag Gemini are the fairly known Americans with a choir like persona, as their harmonies flow with their music perfectly. The lyrics just make the harmonies seem even more beautiful. The poppy feel to this song , makes it more approachable by the average day follower of the pigeon detectives or the killers. They sound like a pick’a’mix of kids in glass houses mixed with you me at six and taking back Sunday. Their lyrics a fairly understandable and relatable to average day life.
This specific song , is presumably about a girl that wants everything and leave’s her dignity behind with it. The lyric that hints at this would be “Even though you want it
You really shouldn't think about it. Treason is a tar pit” and the use of the gloriously repetitive chorus “And you can find it in a heartbeat, and leave it tangled in the bed sheets. You burn your bridges in the backseat then show up widowed on the high street” .
This situation is blatantly relevant to everyday life in the fact that , it’s about wanting what you don’t have and being unsatisfied with the finished product. . . Hence the title being bittersweet ; as this is from the male point of view. The guitar at the beginning is a simple riff and compliments the lyrics and pace of the song skilfully. The stop start motion and elongation of the verses , make the chorus seem like a sudden change and suggests a bit of bitterness from the male.
All in all , the blunt lyrics clearly show promise and as a rating out of 10 I would give this song a 8 , purely because I adore the vocals and the changing pace of the overall piece.
Top four songs to download:
- Bittersweet
- Stepping Stone
- Doctor , please!
- Run this city.

Tales of first impressions , haters , fakers and those dirty things in between.
I will admit something.
I judge a lot on first impressions.
It is not a good habit to have , some may say dirty , but I will not deny it. You could be the nicest person I know , yet certain characteristics may lead me to think of you as a wanker and you arrogant best mate a “ lovely boy on the inside” .
Yet , most of the time I choose to ignore my instincts. If I think someone is aesthetically pleasing, then I will hope for them to be nice but secretly presume them to be wankers.
Most of the time this is correct.
Impression misjudgement is a bad habit for many people. They ignore their instincts. Instincts are there for a reason! It is a mental shield for your own protection. Many a time my friends and myself have uttered the words “ if I had only trusted my instincts” this is usually followed by a sob.
By talking about people being dickheads , I begin to worry myself. Are my impressions of these strangers ferocious? Or precocious? Do they feel the same about me?
Will their opinion show when my back is turned and my shield is low , when I can’t quite hear them but a friend or foe can? When I can’t quite defend myself from your horrible little traits?
This over complicated bitching could be avoided by confrontation in the first place. You think I’m annoying , well so what I think you’re a twat. Just like the rest of the Cannock inbreds. You leech off one another like parasites , your practically up each other’s arses and in each other’s mind. No-one is themselves anymore. They want to follow the crowd , or get-to-know the cool kids down on whatever park this stupid imaginary democracy “owns”. Can’t you actually welcome change? Why start wars , when you could just help your imaginary little clique grow. With growth comes variation and with variation comes freedom.
In the end , my personal opinion is that people should show their true colours twenty-four-seven.They shouldn’t pretend to be someone they aren’t. I am a crude and unusual but that is me. I ain’t faking. You won’t hate me 5 months along the line for showing my true colours. I think that , if you’re a wanker at least be a wanker all of the time. Don’t try and give people false hope that you have changed , because people don’t change. I learnt the hard way that people will never change , they will always be arrogant or rude , a player , a whore , a liar; whatever. Either way , I’m just warning all of you lot, get a decent shield or fuck the fakers.
It’s just comforting to see , some people have resorted back to being their true selves, ey?
Your so big by saying shit behind my back and then running back to me months afterwards.

KARMA.
yeah , we have all watched My Name Is Earl and we pretty much know what it is , yet have most people experienced it? At many points in my relativley short life i feel like anything i did wrong was done back twice as worse and now , i think i've got karma coming to me. It don't look so pretty.
So yeah , what do you do when you are tempted by a male minx of your past when you are about to face a future with another? Think skins here , "fuck it" do what you can , life is short and all this rubbish so i'm thinking , is this the right hypothesis to follow? Should i endanger my possible happiness with one last stare at his delicious face? Or should i play it safe and just tell him where to shove it?
Should i worry about this decision i am about to make? There is like a 65% chance that this tempting offer may not even properly happen because he isn't the best with keeping promises. This is where i am lost for words. It's like , what is so appealing about this forbidden fruit? In the words of all forgotten " have you ever found the right , from doing something so wrong?".
The possible outcome of this may lead to a very unhappy person. It could be me , or could be either of them. Who knows. I am playing with fire here.
The decision is a hard one to make , yet i've pretty much made it.boy , in the future i am gonna get fucked up by karma after this.

THE KLAXONS. working to become the new teletubbies.
So i downloaded the album , listened to it A LOT and ultimatly listened to it so much i could actually tell you the listing of the album. So along came 2008 , i eagerly anticipated the promised second album . January came. No album. Febuary came. No album.
i was properly racked off. Where had they gone? Did they walk off the face of the earth? Or get drugged up off their face and still be wallowing in some ditch at glastonbury? So i kept a regular tab on them on myspace and what not.
The newest thing they had on their myspace was a picture. A picture?
You have an album TWO YEARS OVERDUE and you upload a new picture?
I came to a conclusion.
In 2008 , the amazing show The Teletubbies vanished off the airways. A empire finished , a reign of unsuprisingly funny little people with coathangers on their heads and televisions in their bellies are gone forever. OR ARE THEY.
My theory is that the klaxons have been auditioning to become the nu-rave modern day teletubbies.
Teletubbies that might be releasing their second album late 2009. As if mate , it isn't gonna happen. Times change!
People only want to listen to drug-fuelled rambling's about space in the summer.
Releasing your next album in the middle of the winter , is a bad move.
so i think they should get back to their Tubbytronic Superdome and get this album sorted for the summer!
pleasseee ;D
band : 3Oh!3
3Oh!3
These wannabe rap star's remind me of a "gangsta" metro station. The band rap their crude talkings about sex , girls , and gigs in a elaboratly camp tone, yet this makes them stand out more. Another song that defines 3Oh!3 is star struck.
Never before has the average day music lover had to think about Jessica Simpson as an artist , she is more of a piece of meat. This song goes perfectly with this un-seen regime. With the introduction rapping about checking out Daisy Dukes legs , ones mind instantly flicks to Jessica Simpson and there is two responses to this : Laugh until you actually pee yourself or reminicse about the amazing singing legs she has in Dukes of Hazzard. They add the obvious reaction of the modern day male to the song by incorperating wolf whistles to the verses. This could also be a sneaky way of making the chorus stand out more.
Ultimatly ,3Oh!3 are marmite -like, you have to have their sense of humour to fully appreciate the songs and their individual music.
RATING?
umm. 3.5 / 5
They properly make you want to boogie like napoleon dynamite.Fit.
Single of the day. 24/02/09
Sex and drugs sumarises the idea of the average day club whore. The lyric " she say's she doesn't like coke , she likes the way it smells!" adds humour to this stereotype of a ditzy girl who's absoloutly off it. If you like mario or donkey kong ,then this is the soundtrack you want to accompany your vintage gaming habits .
The vocals are shared between the three members , with the girl singing the slower parts. To contrast this highly nasal voice is the two rappers. One that sounds like jay Z and one that sounds like a pathetically camp , rapping micheal jackson.
1) The Arcade
2) Sex And Drugs
3) DISKOTRON
hasta la vista.

Ok, so i liked someone ;D
what im dying to know is :is there really such a thing called love?
or is it so overly mentioned that people think they are in love because of one persons representation of it ( eg marriage , write a song , sex)or how they think love should be
in the dictionary it is :a strong feeling of affectionpassion and sexual desire.
what did god do to the world when he invented love? he must have known there was gonna be unrequited love aswell.thats what i want to knowbecause if this is loveit dont feel so good.
some people say im too young to know what love is , but maybe they are too old to know what love is or doesnt it work that way?i dont get the big deal with marriage tbf because why spend shedloads to just show that you love each other? just live together its easier and cheaper
15 is a very weird age to be in these times.there are 4 girls in my year that are pregnant , about 1/2 have had sex all this because they thought they loved?
